Band saw operator (m/f/d)

The log band saw is the centrepiece of our modern sawmill. Here you control the entire system from our cockpit and are responsible for producing the best products from the raw material. Your tasks

  • Sicherstellung eines ordnungsgemäßen Betriebes unserer Bandsägelinie
  • Wartung und Pflege der Bandsägelinie, mechanisches und elektronisches Verständnis von Vorteil
  • Gewährleistung des Qualitätsstandards unseres Schnittholzes und Verantwortung für den Einschnitt mit der Bandsäge

What you bring with you

  • Structured and performance-orientated way of working
  • Interest in working with wood as a raw material (knowledge of wood is an advantage)
  • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation and to work overtime
  • Willingness to rotate the workplace and fulfil various tasks in the company
  • Grundverständnis in der Mechanik/Elektronik oder für technische Anlagen (keine Ausbildung nötig) – wenn du motiviert bist, lernen wir dir alles!
